Pen Friends ~ At the Spinning Pen, we take our writing seriously, but all of us are also hopelessly infected with wanderlust. So when we learned that editor and multi-published authors Lorie Langdon and Heather Webb  put the two together, (in the dreamy setting of Ireland no less) we couldn’t resist!

Heather Webb is the author of historical novels BECOMING JOSEPHINE and RODIN’S LOVER, which have sold in six countries and have been featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Cosmopolitan, France Magazine, Elle, and the The New York Journal of Books, as well as received national starred reviews. RODIN’S LOVER was a Goodreads Pick of the month in 2015. LAST CHRISTMAS IN PARIS, an epistolary love story set during WWI will release in fall 2017 from Harper Collins. Heather is also a professional freelance editor whose clients have won awards, and had success with indie presses, as well as Big Five publishers. Lorie Langdon is one half of the author team that writes the best-selling DOON series, a young adult reimagining of the musical Brigadoon. A full time writer, Lorie has been interviewed on Entertainment Weekly.com and several NPR radio programs, including Lisa Loeb’s national Kid Lit show. The DOON series has been featured on such high profile sites as USAToday.com, Hypable.com, and BroadwayWorld.com. Lorie’s solo debut, GILT HOLLOW, a YA romantic thriller, released in 2016.
